Lingxiu Village

Lingxiu Village is a large community located between Aozi and Quanzi Mountain in the south of Jinan downtown, covering an area of about 1.2 hectares. This superior location is closed to the Olympic Sports Park, with convenient transportation infrastructure.
The project is positioned as an urban park: living in the city, as if in the forest. We turn the high-rise area of the residential center into a public garden, and design a variety of playgrounds, based on the existing open space and terrain, to serve the whole community with different preferences. The sidewalk has been reorganized to create a continuous system, providing residents with a more convenient and comfortable walking experience. At the same time, activity groups among neighbors have been gathered, allowing residents to expand social networks in this highly mobile and detached modern society. Through the interactions, neighbors built trust, foster their own community culture, and create a harmonious home.

鲁能领秀城是位于济南市市中心南部鏊子山与泉子山之间的一个大型社区，北邻奥体公园，地里位置十分优越，占地约1.2ha。项目定位为公园之城：居于城，隐于林。一片草坪、一缕阳光、一股弘泉、一条步道，一起共享的户外空间。大家可通过交流沟通，互信互助，一起健康成长，催化出熟人的社区文化，营造一个安全幸福的家园。
方案中，我们将中心高层片区打造成社区里的中央公园，利用开阔空间以及场地高差，打造多样化的活动场地，服务于全社区的居民，重新梳理社区步行网络，打造连续贯通的步行交通系统，为居民提供更便捷、舒适的步行体验，同时衍生出了其他各个高层宅间的共享活动组团，使得不具血缘关系的社区成员得以体会这个高流动性的冷漠的现代社会中尚存的温度。
