Together with the research of housing material and professional architectural expertise, we have been commissioned to conduct research into landscape ecology, techniques, and materials, in order to promote their use within future Vanke projects. In this project, we have the opportunity to utilize modular concrete as pavers, benches and bike racks. Permeable material is used on sidewalks and access routes. Different materials and plants are designed for storm water collection and retention, based on the latest techniques and taking into consideration the domestic climate in different parts of China.

该项目研究和探索预制混凝土技术在景观设计中应用的可能性和潜力,对国际、国内相关技术案例研究;提出切实可行的能反映预制混凝土技术优势的景观设计策略,营造具有展示和示范作用的景观。在生态景观方面,研究可持续的景观材料的应用,雨水管理(包括暴雨)中景观设计与材料、植物的结合与应用,展示生态景观的概念以及各种设计手段。和万科建筑研究中心研发人员共同探索各类做法的可能性,以及后期推广的可能性。
