This 5 ha. senior community is an attempt to provide outdoor spaces in tune with the physical and recreational requirements of the resident elderly community whilst improving their living environment. The entire site is wheelchair accessible. Walking trails, kitchen garden, and indoor exercise space enrich the life of the community. Storm water collection and native plants are also used in order to create a green, sustainable and inviting environment.

创基·幸福时光预防型中老年社区位于海南，占地约5公顷。针对中国老年人户外生活的需求，该项目注重公共空间的设计，鼓励居民参与利用户外小径和花园，场地无障碍设计，适合中老年人行走，还设计有蔬菜种植园和室内锻炼空间，为老年人提供丰富的休闲、锻炼环境形成浓郁的社区生活氛围。同时生态雨水收集的设计以及本土树种多样性的运用为社区居民提供了更为亲切的自然环境。
