This 10 ha office and retail park is located near Qingdao Airport, aiming for the national movie, animation, advertisement and new media campus. Working closely with clients and architects, we develop landscape design for the whole campus. Landscape design emphasizes that the campus have one distinguished character for entry plaza and streetscape, while each courtyard of the building cluster is entirely different from each other.

该项目以办公为主，底层商业。临近青岛机场，计划打造成在国内有一定影响力的电影动漫广告产业聚集园区。通过和建筑师及甲方的密切合作，我们为项目提供了整套景观设计服务。园区街道景观、入口广场为统一风格和语汇，而各个街区建筑之间的庭院风格各异，给入住商户一定领域感，给访客以惊喜。
